This truly is an awesome place. The entire staff is so kind and remembers all of the animals that come in, and it's clear that they genuinely care about them.
I brought my dog in this morning as a new patient. She was very, very sick and unfortunately didn't make it. However, I was impressed with how kind and compassionate they were towards my dog and I being that she was not an established patient. We plan on getting another dog in the future and this will definitely be the place that we bring him or her.
Just moved here and needed a veterinarian for my cat. Chose this place based on the high Google rating. I was not disappointed!! They treated me and my cat very well and was completely understanding of having a tight budget. They willingly helped me figure out a treatment plan that fit with in my budget. I will be taking the rest of my pets there as needed. Really like s the staff and doctor. Everyone was great, very friendly, and caring.
My regular vet was out of town and my cat became ill. I was referred to Mahoning Valley and they got her in that afternoon and have been going there ever since. Very friendly and good with my pets. Would recommend them to care for your little buddies or big buddies! LOL
Dr. Makosky is absolutely amazing. Without her and her staff's help my babies may not be here today. She is by far the best doctor I could have for Bob and Jack. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for all they have done for our family. Their pricing is reasonable and their service is priceless. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with four legged family members.
I'm beyond pleased that I found them.
I also really love that we don't have to worry about breaking the bank when we go to appointments. I'd say they're probably the most decent priced around, especially for the quality of this place. It's outstanding.
I took my puppy in for his second appointment today, and upon arrival realized I had forgotten to grab the card to pay for his visit. I had no cash or checks on me, and when I told the nice lady at the front desk, she said it was no big deal and that I could simply call them with the card info later. I was so relieved.
